The Rising Tide program explores the Dutch and their uneasy relationship with water, as well what New Jersey can learn from their experience in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. In addition, the program addresses related themes such the Dutch historical legacy in New Jersey and New York, and the history of our understanding of the sea and natural disasters from a local and global perspective.
