Mathematical Science

Founded in 1888 to further mathematical research and scholarship, the AMS fulfills its mission through programs and services that promote mathematical research and its uses, strengthen mathematical education, and foster awareness and appreciation of mathematics and its connections to other disciplines and to everyday life.

The American Statistical Association (ASA), a scientific and educational society founded in Boston in 1839, has a proud tradition of service to statisticians, quantitative scientists, and users of statistics across a wealth of academic areas and applications.

The MAA is the largest professional society that focuses on mathematics accessible at the undergraduate level. We invite all who are interested in the mathematical sciences to enjoy and benefit from our programs, publications, and resources.

The NCTM is a public voice of mathematics education supporting teachers to ensure equitable mathematics learning of the highest quality for all students through vision, leadership, professional development and research.

SIAM fosters the development of applied mathematical and computational methodologies needed in these various application areas. Through publications, research, and community, the mission of SIAM is to build cooperation between mathematics and the worlds of science and technology.

The Mathematical Association exists to support and enhance Mathematics and the teaching and learning of Mathematics and its applications, and to provide opportunities for collaboration and communication between teachers and students of mathematics.
