Online version of the VALE 2012 Conference Poster Session presented by Mary Mallery and Paul Martinez

Welcome

Poster Session

Introduction

In January, 2011, the NJLA College and University Section Executive Board charged the new Marketing and Communications Committee to develop and implement a Strategic Communication plan aimed at increasing awareness of CUS’s mission, activities and the issues facing academic libraries in marketing and communications with new social media tools.

In this poster session, members of the CUS Marketing and Communications Committee review selected Communications Strategic Plan models. The following three tabs represent the threes sections of the poster session presented at the VALE conference:

  • Library Success Marketing Best Practices: A list of marketing resources from the Library Success wiki
  • Yale University Communication Plan Implementation Matrix: Taken from a Communication Plan template used to support the strategic objectives and provide action items for the organizational communication

Defining the Market
